Playbooks

The playbooks.

One vertical at a time: the industry's own numbers, the structural problem underneath its symptoms, and the system we would install. Ungated, sourced, and written for the person who runs the business.

Proof, in public

Why we publish these

We do not sell into a vertical until we have studied it in public. Each playbook runs to roughly ten thousand words, carries about a hundred named sources, and ends with the same thing: the benchmarks we hold ourselves to in that market. They are our proof, in place of a logo wall we are not permitted to show.
