Privacy Policy
Effective 7 September 2026.
RMC LLC, doing business as Care Marketers ("Care Marketers," "we," "us"), is a marketing and sales-training firm organized in the State of Wyoming and operating in the United States. This policy explains what we collect through caremarketers.com and the assistant that runs on it, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
We serve business audiences — healthcare operators, platforms and their investors. This site is not intended for patients, and nothing here is a place to describe a medical condition.
The short version
We collect what you type into our forms and our assistant, plus ordinary technical information about your visit. We use it to answer you, to schedule conversations you ask for, and to improve how the site works. We do not sell it. We do not want and do not knowingly collect health information about you or anyone else. You can ask us to delete what we hold at any time, and one reply stops any messages.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you book a consultation, request pricing or a resource, ask us to contact you, or hand off to a person from the assistant, we collect what that form asks for: typically your name, work email address, company, and — only if you choose to provide it — a phone number. If you agree to receive text messages, we record that you agreed, the wording you agreed to, the date and time, and the IP address the agreement came from, because the law requires us to be able to show it.
Conversations with our assistant. The assistant on this site records the conversation, including the questions you ask and the options you select, so that we can answer you, improve the assistant, and keep a record of what we told you. Those transcripts are stored in our own systems.
Information collected automatically. Our servers and analytics record the pages you view, the site or search that referred you, approximate location derived from your IP address, your browser and device type, the campaign parameters in the link you followed (utm tags and click identifiers), and the dates and times of your visits.
Information from our own systems. When you return, we may recognize you from a token stored by your browser so that you are not asked to retype details you already gave us.
Health information: what we do not collect
We are a marketing firm, not a provider. We do not want, ask for, or knowingly store information about your health or anyone else's.
Our assistant is built to decline health details rather than record them. If a message appears to contain health information, the assistant is designed to stop, say so, and offer a person or an appropriate resource; the message is not sent to our AI provider and is not stored in its original form. If you send us health information another way — by email, or by typing it somewhere it was not requested — please do not. If you already have, contact us and we will delete it.
If you are in crisis, this site is not the right channel. In the United States you can reach the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline by calling or texting 988, or SAMHSA's National Helpline at 1-800-662-4357.
Our clients' data, and HIPAA
Care Marketers is generally not a HIPAA covered entity. When we perform services for a healthcare client that involve protected health information, we do so as a business associate under a written business associate agreement, and that agreement — not this policy — governs how that information is handled. This policy covers information collected through our own website.
How we use information
We use what we collect to respond to you and schedule the conversation you asked for; to send you the resource or information you requested; to follow up about that request, until you tell us to stop; to operate, secure and improve the site and the assistant; to understand which marketing channels bring us useful conversations; and to meet our legal and record-keeping obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Who we share it with
Service providers who run our systems. We use vendors to host the site, run the assistant, manage our customer records and send our email and text messages. Today these include Cloudflare (hosting, security and our own application infrastructure), GoHighLevel (customer relationship management and messaging), and Anthropic (the AI model behind the assistant's answers). They may process your information only to provide services to us.
Professional advisers and successors. We may share information with our lawyers, accountants and insurers, or in connection with a merger, financing or sale of the business.
When the law requires it. We may disclose information if we are legally compelled to, or where we believe it is necessary to protect our rights, our clients or someone's safety.
Text messages
We send text messages only to people who have given prior express written consent, and only about the request they made. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop all further messages, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of buying anything from us, and your mobile opt-in information is not shared with third parties for their own marketing.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use a small number of cookies and equivalent browser storage to keep the assistant working across pages, remember that you have already given us your details, and measure site traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; parts of the site may then behave differently. We honor the Global Privacy Control signal where your browser sends one.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and conversation records for as long as needed to serve the relationship and to meet our legal obligations — ordinarily no longer than seven years from your last contact with us — and we delete or de-identify them after that. We keep consent records for as long as the law requires us to be able to produce them. You can ask us to delete sooner.
Security
We hold your information in access-controlled systems, encrypt it in transit, and encrypt sensitive values at rest. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee that a determined attacker will never succeed; we can tell you that we do not keep what we do not need.
Your choices and your rights
You may ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or provide a copy in a portable form. You may opt out of marketing email using the unsubscribe link in any message, and out of text messages by replying STOP.
Several U.S. states — including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah and Virginia — give their residents specific privacy rights. We extend the core of those rights, described above, to everyone who contacts us, regardless of where you live. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them. To make a request, or to appeal a decision we have made about one, email info@caremarketers.com. We may need to verify your identity before we act, and we will respond within the time the applicable law allows.
California residents: we do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act.
Children
This site is intended for business users and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Where we operate
We are a United States business, we serve United States organizations, and our systems are operated in the United States. We do not offer our services to individuals in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, and this policy is not written to those regimes.
Changes
If we change this policy we will post the revised version here and update the effective date above. If a change is significant, we will say so plainly at the top of the page.
